A Culinary Evolution

Brad and Alex Ashcraft, seasoned food enthusiasts and entrepreneurs from Spring Lake, Michigan, recently acquired Mia's Village Eats, formerly Mama Mia's Pizzeria, a cherished lakeshore institution since 1968. Their announcement of taking over garnered widespread local excitement, reflecting the community's anticipation of their fresh culinary direction.

Temporarily closing the restaurant for renovations, the Ashcrafts embarked on a transformative journey. They preserved Mama Mia's signature dishes while seamlessly integrating flavors from their acclaimed food truck, Smoke N Ash's. This collaborative approach resulted in an updated menu, combining beloved classics with innovative barbecue offerings.
